personality is required. Personality is made up of several
factors, essentially it depends on how the individual reacts
to the situation and people and what impressions and impact
he creates on others during and after the process. If you

mistakes, you can develope and acquire a successful personality.
Here are some tips which helps to improve the personality

- In personal appearance, dress
constitutes a vital part. It doesn't need to be brand new
but should be clean, neat and well fitting. For an interview
one should dress formally.
- Dress includes our footwear also, which
should be well polished, neat and clean.
- Another important factor in personality
development is 'Personal Hygiene'. For improve our personal
hygiene teeth should be clean. No foul smell should emanate
from mouth, body or clothes. If you use any kind of perfume,
it should not be too strong. Make sure that your nails are
clean.
- Carry yourself gracefully. You should
stand straight and walk briskly with confident steps. Shoulders
should be pulled up and head held erect. Sit with straight
back in a relaxed manner while taking the seat. Handshake
must be warm, hearty and good grip. Greet others nicely
in a proper way. Always make eye to eye contact while talking
to others because eyes reflect the feelings of the heart.
- Your voice and choice of words also play
a vital role to improve the personality. Voice must be firm, crisp and ringing.
- Always appear energetic, active and keen.
Show enthusiasm, urge and interest towards the other person.
- Always be self-confident and optimistic.
Maintain a proper distance while talking to an unrecognized
person.
